So you came to New Orleans for Mardi Gras, and you want to take a tour to see the city.  I don’t think so!  If you want to see the city, you can’t take a bus tour, because all the streets are closed for the parades.  The city will be gridlock.  If you want to take a walking tour, you can’t do that either, because they leave too late in the day and there will be too many people in the quarter.  The quarter will look like sardines in a can.

Your only solution for an amazing tour would be to take a running tour.  You start out early in the morning, right when people are just starting to go too sleep from a night in the French Quarter.  This way you are able to see everything the city has to offer, without having to worry about a detour.  During a New Orleans Jogging Tour, you can experience history the way it was 300 years ago, on foot.  And who knows, you may be able to hop on a float during a tour.
