This will be our last blog for the year. Tis the season to be Jolly! Tis the season for giving. It is more blessed to give than to receive. Be a blessing to someone this Christmas season! Here at Jogging Tours, we are happy that we can give you a good safe run. And we are thankful for your business year round.
We realize many people run for different reasons. Some people run to cope with there problems, others for health reasons. As we come into this Christmas season, it can be hard for those who have been hurt by their families or those who do not have family. The first step is to forgive those who have hurt us, and love one another. We do not have to trust them, but we must love them. Our message this season is to love more and hate less. Enjoy time with your friends and family, and thank God for the little things that we have. If you do not have family, be nice and make a new one, do not be a Grinch.
Focus on what you have, and not what you are missing. Do not focus on another person’s 6 minute mile, but be thankful for your 10 minute mile, and next year focus on a 9 minute mile. Focus on what you can control, not what you can not. What you focus on, and what you give attention to, shapes your entire life. Be blessed in Jesus name, amen.
